Magnolia shit

For the music was strange indeed. Cavalry charges of drums were set against spectral stabs of melody and a jaunty little string theme, rising and falling, than ran through the piece like memory: mysterious, nagging, with flashes of pagan joy and an incurable melancholy at heart, much like New Orleans itself.
